Training is a very important part of Royal Rangers.  There are many opportunities to grow your skills.  The links below will redirect you to the National Royal Rangers Website for each Training Area of expertise.  When boys see and know that their leaders are growing and improving their skills and activities, it encourages them do the same!   Leaders show by example. 

It has often been said that Royal Ranger leaders are some of the most well trained and equipped leaders, next to the Pastorial Staff.   We strive to be well trained so that we can mentor boys to be their best!

Hello Royal Ranger Leaders!!!

We've completed the first round of Leadership Training with the New Ranger Basics!  The program is more interactive, utlizes the new Leaders' Manual extensively.

We’ve been called to be involved in Royal Rangers and to make a difference in a boys’ life for Christ!

The classes offered are geared towards the new Training Program (Medal of Excellence) that replaces the current LMA Program.

 After the completion of the upcoming National Council (further known as LEAD) the Network staff will be returning to present their reports at the Regional Commander's Conference in Spokane Valley, WA.   on April 8 & 9, 2011
